Villa Claudia

You come to Villa Claudia on a small Strada bianca. In front of the villa there is a large green Area with the pool. For little children you find a small bowl, an outdoor shower and a dressing room. Behind the house the parkingplaces are located; there are also a small vegetable garden and the solarpaneel. By Ap. 1 there is another room, similar a garage, where you find the washing machine.

Apartment 1 (pianterreno)

This appartment of about 100 qm has a very spacious living and dining room with an open fire place and a well-equipped kitchen.There are two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, and a loggia. The large terrace with a portico has a nice view of the swimming pool. There are clothes horse and umbrella.

Apartment 2 (cantina)

An italian cantina means a basement-apartment. This apartment has 150 qm. There is a large living and dining room with a well-equipped kitchen. The apartment offers three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms and a spacious terrace. There are clothes horse and umbrella.

Apartment 3

Apartment 3 is ideal for couples or small families. Located next to the Pianterreno she has a private terrace and access to the south-east side of the house. The apartment has about 50 square meters of living space. This includes a living room with sitting area, dining table and fully fitted kitchen area. In the back of the apartment there is a large bedroom with double bed (single mattresses) and a smaller bedroom with single bed and a fold-out spare bed. Even the sofa in the living room is available as a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.

Others

All apartments offer TV and hifi set, a clothes horse. A washing machine in an extra room on the basement floor can be used . For both larger apartments wooden furniture is avaible for the terraces, as well as deckchairs and umbrellas for the pool. For the children there is a children swimming-pool. There is the possibility of extra (children) beds. On right side of the house there is another small flat with its own door, sometimes privately used. Our friend Anna lives 2,5 km from the holiday home and is avaible to answer any questions or problems you might have.
